Hi friends!  I haven't been to work in 4 weeks now but my class is doing great things without me!  Mrs. Weeks taught them sign language for God Bless America and then Mrs. Campbell taped it and sent it to me - sooooo cute.  I love hearing little kids sing, especially kids I know and love:).  Both 1st grade classes went on a field trip this past Friday to Let's Pretend Hospital at UAH and Mrs. Weeks reported that they were perfectly behaved and had lots of fun.  I'm sure they learned a lot too. 

I am so thankful that Mrs. Weeks has been with my kids for the past month.  When I talk with her she is so positive and up-beat and I can tell she really cares about the kids.  Thank goodness for wonderful subs!!!!
